Contact information

Contact Brixtonvale about a product, an existing order, delivery, payment or a return request. Use the store email below and include enough information to identify the relevant purchase.

Support Details

The store can be contacted by email at rbmerv92085z@outlook.com. The public contact address is 931 N Euclid Ave, Tucson, Arizona, 85719, United States.

How the Store Can Help

Questions may relate to the available product options, information shown in a listing, order confirmation, dispatch and tracking, an address correction, a damaged or incorrect item, a return request, refund progress or checkout. Identify the particular item and issue so the request can be considered against the current product and order information. For international delivery, contact the store before placing the order to confirm availability and charges.

Returns and Delivery Problems

For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact the store immediately after receipt. For transport damage or loss, make contact within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery. Return requests should be made within 30 days after receipt, in accordance with the Refund Policy. After approval, use the supplied label and return instructions; the public contact address is not automatically the return destination.

Information to Include

Order number, when available, and the email used at checkout.
The product title, selected option and affected quantity.
A clear description of the question or requested correction.
Relevant tracking information or photographs for a delivery or item problem.

Send only information relevant to the request. Do not email a password, a full payment-card number, a security code, bank-login details or other payment credentials.
